Do you have a tool box of stamping/crafting basics that's ready to go? Something you can just grab, head out the door and know that (with a little paper) you have at least the minimum tools needed to be creative? I want to share with you my Basics in a Box. It's actually used just as much when I craft at home as when I travel.
My Basics in a Box is a Stampin' Up! wood-mount case that I have decorated with designer series paper in a pattern and color that makes me happy. When I first made my toolbox, I had a Tuxedo Black Memento Pad, a package of Stampin' Dimensionals, SNAIL adhesive, a Bone Folder and my Stampin' Up! paper snips. Over time there have been a few changes. The Memento ink pad was replaced with our fabulous new Basic Black Archival Ink Pad, and I have added a Stampin' Up paper piercing tool and a 6-inch ruler. Hard to believe all of that fits in the case, but it does! If you'd like to make your own Basics in a Box kit, the links to the content are here for your convenience. The price for the wood-mount case is actually for four cases. The extra cases are perfect for storing embellishments, created cards, cardstock scraps and so many other things. If you do place an order, please use Hostess Code PBZJJ6HV, and I'll have a special gift for you. (Of course, as always, if your order is more than $150 keep the Hostess Rewards for yourself!) Being from south Louisiana, there's also a little lagniappe involved. When you order the kit contents (minimum of $50 before tax and shipping), I'll send you the ruler and a cover for your case! The cover may not look exactly like mine, but it will be similar. Wishing you happy stamping and "ink"spiration! Paula |
